I am a graphic designer with a few years under my belt and the desire to help other designers whose shoes I wore not too long ago. I am learning right alongside you.
Currently, I am the Principal Graphic Designer for PowerUser Incorporated.
I am also V.P. of Communications for the North Shore Professional Women’s Assoc. and member of the National Female Executives Assoc.. In my spare time I enjoy painting, seeing local bands and hustling in pool.
My Experience:
My clients stem from many different industries including technology, publication, educational, entertainment, and non-for-profit. As a skilled graphic designer, I produce designs for both web and print ranging anywhere from Web sites to outdoor signage. I have worked on design projects for many companies such as:

Education
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from one of the most highly accredited and oldest private art colleges in the nation, Maryland Institute College of Art. I studied under professors well-known in the design community, including: Ellen Lupton, Head of the Design Department, author of important design publications such as, “Skin: Surface, Substance, and Design”, “D.I.Y.– Design It Yourself” and “Thinking With Type: A Critical Guide for Designers, Writers, Editors, & Students”; Abbott Miller, Principle of Pentagram, Baltimore, author of “Dimensional Typography: Words in Space (Kiosk Report)”; as well as the ingenious type designers from House Industries, Ken Barber and Andy Cruz.
I have worked for a number of companies and firms, collaborating on notable projects such as the 93rd Annual NAACP Convention and Paterno Wine International trade materials, before joining PowerUser Incorporated.
